  Price

Playing poker in the PANPL (Point After North Poker League) is FREE, and anyone is welcome to join.

Tournament Play

Two tournaments at 7:00pm and 9:00pm are played on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (except for holidays and special events).  Players need to sign in on the sign-up sheet (once per night) and note it if they place in the top 8 after either tournament.  Late arrivals can join a game that has already started, however this is at the discretion of the dealer based on time and space left, and may involve forfeit of a portion of their chips.  Players are encouraged to come on time so the second session can start at 9:00pm and end by 11:00pm.

Substitutions & Chip Sharing

Substitutions are not allowed.  If a player needs to leave before a tournament is complete, they should forfeit their chips to the dealer.  Players may not share chips, or give chips as gifts to other players.

Prizes

1) The winner of each tournament (two tournaments a night) during regular season play is awarded a $10.00 gift certificate that can be used to pay tabs for food or soft drinks (no alcohol).

2) Each month, the dealer will track players who bring new players into the league.  The player who brings in the most "new" players (that haven't played before) will be awarded two tickets to a Texas Rangers game.

3) At the end of each quarter, a championship tournament will be played.  The first fifteen players in the standings automatically qualify.  The sixteenth spot will be awarded to one of the remaining players after winning a preliminary "wild card" tournament on the night of the championship.  The winner of the championship will be awarded a $500 certificate towards a vacation to Las Vegas (or destination of their choice), courtesy of The Point After North, accommodations by: Oceans 'N' Air Travel, Inc..  The winner will have 1 year to redeem the prize, which is not transferable.
